Undersea competition
- The competition is open to all UK residents aged 12 years or under, except employees of Whitbread (and their immediate families), the agents of such companies or anyone professionally connected with this competition.
- Two winners, one aged up to 6 years, one aged between 6 and 12 years will receive a Family Ticket to a Sea Life Centre/Sanctuary, valid for the 2010 season PLUS each will receive £100 worth of Leisure Vouchers for a meal for 2 adults and 2 children at your local Beefeater Grill restaurant.
- Limited to one entry per person and no purchase necessary.
- 18 runners up will receive a family ticket to a Sea Life Centre/Sanctuaty, valid for the 2010 season.
- You must have parent's/guardian's permission to enter.
- To enter the Undersea competition, send in the competition sheet signed by a parent or guardian with your contact details to Undersea Competition, Beefeater Marketing Department, P.O. Box 777, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU5 5XG.
- The winning entry and the runners up entries will be, in the opinion of the judges, the most creative entries in their age group.
- Last date for receipt of entries is 31st July 2010.
- The winners will be notified by 20th August2010.
- No cash alternative will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with that of equal or greater value in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond their control.
- The promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- It is a condition of participation that the terms and conditions of the promotion are accepted as final and the entrants have agreed to abide by them.

'Win A Meal for 4' prize draw
- Prize: A family meal for four up to the value of £100 redeemed at Beefeater Grill only on one visit.
- All transport arrangements to and from the restaurant are the responsibility of the winner.
- Prize draw open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Whitbread Group PLC, Premier Inn, Whitbread Restaurants and Costa brands, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- Closing date for entries is on 13th August 2010.
- No purchase necessary. Only one entry per party. Beefeater Grill cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, defect, delay in operation, theft, destruction, alteration of entries, or entries lost or damaged or other causes outside Beefeater Grill's control.
- Beefeater Grill reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions.
- The draw will take place on 30th September 2010. The winner will be notified by email by 14th October 2010 using the details provided on the entry form/text.
- Surname and county of the winner may be published on the Beefeater Grill website. You may request the winners' details by writing to Beefeater Grill Marketing, PO BOX 777, Dunstable, Beds, LU5 5XG. Please send a self addressed stamped envelope.
- The winner may be required to take part in publicity in connection with this competition.
- No cash or other alternative prizes are available. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, Beefeater Grill reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar prize to greater or equal value.
- The winner will be selected at random from the entries. The judges' decision is final.

Free Ice Cream Dessert
- The voucher holder is entitled to one free ice cream dessert ("the offer") with any adult main course meal purchased at the same time from the main restaurant Menu, including Daytime and Evening Meal Deals. Meals purchased from the Breakfast Menu and Bar Menu are excluded.
- Only one voucher per person is available.
- The voucher is valid from the date of issue until the 30th September 2010.
- The voucher can be redeemed during the restaurant trading hours on Monday to Sunday inclusive during the promotion period and must be presented to a team member at a Beefeater Grill restaurant at the time of ordering the main meal.
- Beefeater Grill management reserve the right to refuse any person for any reason in their sole discretion.
- The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used with any other offer, promotion or voucher including the Whitbread Privilege Card. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with Nectar bonus points.
- The voucher may only be used in Beefeater Grill restaurants and only original, undamaged and valid vouchers will be accepted.
- The voucher must not be reproduced, copied or varied and all rights (including copyright) will remain with Whitbread Group PLC.
- The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time and without prior notice and their decision shall be final.
