You already know that a meat feast in one of our restaurants is about the best you can get, but now the experience is about to get even better with the introduction of Steakmasters.
Like all great ideas, this one is very simple. In every Beefeater restaurant you'll now find a specially trained 'steak specialist' called appropriately enough the Steakmaster. Their knowledge of steak is second to none and all this know-how is ready and waiting for you to take advantage of.
So if you want to make your steak as mouth-watering as possible, speak to the Steakmaster who can help you decide which cut to choose and how you'd like it cooked. Questions like - 'Sirloin, rump, fillet or rib eye?', or 'Rare, medium or well done?' will be considered, alongside your personal taste expectations and answered by an expert. All of which means you can treat yourself to the sizzle of a classic Beefeater steak with more confidence and succulent success than ever before.
And make no mistake, Beefeater steaks and the way we cook them are very special indeed. The very high temperature of our chargrill bars instantly chars the meat on contact and really adds to the flavour. Sealing the meat at this temperature also creates a barrier, which helps to keep the natural juices within the steak and make it even tastier.
