The Parkway Beefeater grill restaurant Guildford
You can always expect a warm welcome with us at the Parkway Beefeater, a family-friendly restaurant and steakhouse just off the A3 in Guildford. We serve the tastiest steaks, quality pub grub, light bites to grab on the go and a refreshing range of drinks. Whether you’re planning a big birthday bash or you just want a quiet night eating dinner out for a change, at the Parkway Beefeater we’re always the number one choice for relaxing meals and a great atmosphere.
We have a real mix of age and experience on our team, which makes our service so much better. We’re fortunate to have a lot of younger people on our team who bring a new outlook and new ideas to our restaurant. They’re guided by team members who have been with us for years, giving us the perfect combination of energy and experience – which is great news for our guests, who can expect world-class service, delicious meals and a new perspective on eating out.
Most of our team live locally, and we make a real effort to invest in young people locally by hiring students, providing part time work and apprenticeship opportunities while people are at college and university.
The Parkway has had a lot of labels of the years, but it’s always had a reputation for being somewhere the whole community could come together and relax. That’s still the same as it’s always been, but as a Beefeater, we’re able to serve mouth-watering steaks alongside all the classics. The Parkway Beefeater is probably best known for the distinctive clock tower and poem painted on the Premier Inn Guildford North (A3) hotel next door.
Our restaurant has everything you need to enjoy a great meal. We have a spacious dining area with plenty of tables, a quiet bar area that’s comfy and a great space to get work done during the day, but with a screen showing all the biggest games at night. We also have an outdoor patio area with lots of benches and parasols, perfect for a pint in the sun.
We have a large car park next door, full baby changing facilities and free Wi-Fi throughout our restaurant.

Guildford is also full of historical and cultural places to visit, ideal for a family day out. You’ve got to try our steaks! Our 8oz fillet steaks are one of our tastiest cuts and, like all our steaks, they’re aged for a minimum of 30 days, grilled to perfection, packed with flavour and served with chunky triple cooked chips, crispy flat mushroom, juicy grilled tomatoes and peppercorn sauce.
You can’t go wrong with our mixed grill either. We recommend upgrading to a juicy 4oz sirloin steak, succulent chicken breast, 5oz gammon steak and pork sausages, served with half a slow roasted tomato, grilled flat cap mushroom, fried egg, crispy beer-battered onion rings and triple-cooked chips.
We serve a fantastic Sunday lunch here at the Parkway Beefeater. With our Sunday roasts you can choose from our specialty roast sirloin of beef, rump of lamb, half-roast chicken or butternut squash & ale pie, served with all the trimmings and our signature red wine gravy. You also get unlimited roast potatoes and other delicious extras.
It’s got to be the Premier Inn Breakfast, which we serve at the Parkway Beefeater. An unlimited selection of the best of an English breakfast. That’s bacon, eggs cooked just how you like them, hash browns, black pudding, toast and plenty more with free tea and coffee.
A Premier Inn Breakfast is just £9.50 per adult, and if an adult orders, up to two kids eat for free. Our lighter alternative, the continental breakfast is £7.50 per adult.
If you order a Premier Inn Breakfast or a continental breakfast you can enjoy unlimited coffee, tea and juice. A free drink is included as part of our Meal Deal and we offer free refills on soft drinks.
